  • IFS COACHING

    IFS offers a compassionate and powerful framework for exploring your inner world. We learn to listen to the many parts within us—the inner voices, protectors, and tender places that each carry their own stories and wisdom. In this work, we gently turn toward those parts with curiosity and care. We learn to build trusting relationships with these parts, allowing them to soften, heal, and return to their natural roles.  As you reconnect with your core Self—the calm, clear, wise presence within—you begin to experience real inner harmony and lasting change. Coaching with IFS is a portal to the Self, a reconnection to our inner wisdom and integration of the body, mind and spirit towards wholeness.

  • SOMATIC PRACTICE

    Core Energetics is a body-focused therapeutic approach that is based on the understanding that our bodies carry both conscious and unconscious experiences—stories that live in our posture, our breath, our voice, and the tension held deep in our tissues.  Using physical expression, movement, touch, breath, and sound, Core Energetics helps bring awareness to where energy is blocked or held. As these areas begin to open, we access a fuller range of emotional truth—grief, rage, fear, joy, longing—and allow it to move through. Through this process, the body softens, energy flows more freely, and we reconnect with our authentic feelings, life-force, aliveness and awaken the deeper Self.

  • BREATHWORK

    Breathwork is a powerful, heart-opening practice that helps release stress, emotional tension, and blockages from the body. By softening the mind and opening the breath, we access the deeper layers of the self—where energy, memory, and emotion live.  As blockages clear, the breath supports emotional regulation, inner calm, and clarity. Many experience a deep reconnection to their life force, their higher self and a renewed sense of vitality and wholeness.  Each session becomes a sacred space to tune in, let go, and realign with your body’s natural rhythm.
